If you like boxing or want to try a new sport, Panda Boxing has thought of you. Recently settled in Old Montreal, they offer two types of training videos several times a week on their Instagram page. The tutorial type video series is dedicated to those who would like to learn the basics of boxing while the home workout videos are a little more general with Full-Body exercises or HIIT Circuit training.

Yoga Vieux-Montreal offers daily classes that last between 20 to 50 minutes for students of all levels with suggested donations ranging from 5 to 20$ that will go directly to the teachers.
