FITNESS CENTRES: IN THE GYM AND ONLINE

Many fitness centres have kept in contact with their members through their digital platforms and they have been offering the ability to work out at home with a coach or qualified teacher. In certain cases, you may even be able to come to the premises for a private class.

Yoga Vieux-Montréal, 50 Saint-Jacques Street

They are holding a special promotion for the month of October: $40, taxes included, for unlimited access to their virtual classes. Note that you can participate in private or semi-private (all members participating being in the same family unit) classes at the Saint-Jacques Street studio for $60 per person (and a regular discount of 40%!) or use 3 classes from your bundle of 10 or 20 classes.
