On October 28, discover the history of Montreal's first Catholic cemetery and the Jewish cemetery in Back River with archaeologist Louise Pothier and historian Anna Sheftel.
The iconic establishment Château Ramezay returns with its unmissable free “Pick a Peck of Pumpkins” exhibition! During this exhibit, you will learn more about the queen of autumn… and all her family. You’ll find out that these gourds “are found not only on the plate, but in beauty products, scenery, as musical instruments, and even in living rooms as decoration.” Enjoy it every day from 10am to 5pm until November 6th.

Chez Potier fine pastry store is getting ready for Halloween with a variety of finger-licking good chocolates. On the menu: bars and chocolates filled with Piedmont hazelnut praline with a Grand Cru Maracaibo 38% milk chocolate and Grand Cru Sambirano 68% dark chocolate coating. Of course, all in the shape of bats, skeletons and pumpkins.
The diverse Mercato Comunale market highlights local ingredients through its café and grocery sections. And what's more local and seasonal than pumpkin during fall season? Stop by this unique place to try a sweet squash made with pumpkin bread dough. A delight!
