Old Montreal celebrates the Grand Prix

The historical neighborhood dresses up during the Grand Prix

For 4 years (from 2014 to 2017), the SDC Old-Montreal has worked on the events of the neighborhood with the trade fair on Saint-Paul Street. Since 2018, with the support of the borough of Ville-Marie, the SDC has chosen to prioritize its presence by working on dressing up the streets of the Old-Montreal for the Grand Prix.

In fact, many public places will display more than 200 giant check flags for the Grand Prix of this year. This new distinctive sign representing the F1 will be added to the ones on Saint Paul Street, a street that’s been decorated with checkered pennant crossbars for many years now.

A digital campaign suggesting a large range of activities and special offers especially for the Grand Prix in the Old-Montreal

This year again, a digital campaign will identify the activities available during the Grand Prix in the Old-Montreal. You want to know where you can find the best parties and special menus? You’re looking for activities and amazing DJ performances ? Follow the Facebook page of the Old-Montreal or our Instagram account @levieuxmontreal to find out about what will be happening in the neighborhood from Thursday, June 6th to Sunday June 9th.
